Blowing Wind
Ah, the winds of change. My son who lives with me is considering his own place closer to nature. I’m replacing my 20 year old golf clubs. I sent my big BBQ pit to Houston to live with my oldest son.
Warm Embrace
Here’s some news I’ve yet to share. Just down the road from me, they’re building a multi-unit apartment complex. It’s one piece of property over. I can hear the construction vehicles constantly.
The Story
There’s a lovely chill in the air this morning. Feels like fall. It’s Monday. I had a good weekend. Music every day.
Plans Change
Got up this morning ready to drive home to a Christmas party house concert, only to discover the party was cancelled the day I left home..
Tomorrow Land
The 21st century is coming to my little town in a relatively big way. A bank of charging stations for electric cars is being installed next to the gas pumps by our local small box supermarket.
Dreamland
Dreamed I got laid off. Didn’t seem to bother me. Not sure what the job was or why I got let go. The dream came during a good night’s sleep. I guess it was just the brain’s way of cleaning things up.
