A Time Question
It feels nice when the air of the day you greet is sweet and cool as it is this morning. It gives you hope that softer weather is on the way.
The Great Divide
It stormed at my house yesterday. Twice. The second time harder than the first. The rain was horizontal, flying along on the wind. There was a veritable river running down the dog run.
The Storm
Outside my door there’s thunder and I saw lightning just a bit ago. The storm is just to the south of me. I can see rain in the tree line.

Now starts the eighth year of these little missives. Last year was the most productive by far. I managed to sit down and write 330 times. I think most of it was in self-defense.
