Healing
Home. Made it back yesterday afternoon. It was nice to sit on my couch. Look out the windows. Sleep in my bed.
Wrap Up
It’s been a good week. The grand-kids are in their new school. I helped around the house. Cooked a dinner. Hung curtains. Folded clothes. And did a little grocery shopping. Basically, I tried to make myself useful.
The Hug
I’ve probably written about hugs before, but I’m going to do it again. Met with a group of friends last night to cook dinner and there were hugs all around, coming and going. It’s a huggy crowd, and I love it. It’s the magic of the human touch.
Blue
I had a gloomy spell yesterday afternoon. I was driving through the countryside on the way to hear music, and it swept over me.
Good Work
The temperature is rising. A man can work up a nice sweat working in the yard. That’s what I did yesterday, worked up a sweat.
