The Way of Things
Another project is in the books. The accent wall in the bedroom is painted and the bed is moved to it’s third location in the last fifteen years.
Slow Walks
The house is painted. Refreshed. We’re ready for another ten years. Maybe I should sell it. It looks good. But no. I’m going to paint walls on the inside. Do an accent wall, or two. Change things up.

A Gate Tale
This is probably getting old, but I have another gate story.
Like New
There’s a fresh coat of paint on the back door. Downing Straw by name. The exterior latex paint for our house. It looks fresh and inviting. Going forward, I will endeavor to keep it fresh and inviting.
New Regime
About a month back I ran into a rock. A flying rock. A rock of indeterminate size. It whacked my windshield. At home, I looked for a sign of impact. Found none.
It’s Alive
For two years or maybe three I’ve stared at two spots, one on the wall in my bedroom and one in the bathroom, that needed retouching.
