Lowish Day
Today feels like a low running river, there’s movement if you look close, but there are plenty of pools of stagnant water.
The Lesson
I did it. The hose reel came together. The Bluetooth headphones connected. Patience won. And sleep. It is odd to think that at an age when I have little time left, I now appreciate the benefit of taking my time.
Slow Down
It’s late, for me. The sun is well up. Birds are chirping. The day is on. I slept late. Lounged in bed. Didn’t move except to change positions.
Made It
Started our trip at 7 a.m. yesterday in Gruene. Finished it yesterday at 11 p.m. Mountain Time in Santa Fe. We were running from weather. It caught us outside Junction.
Slowing Down
Word has a new look. Yippee. I’ve been through more new looks over the years than I can count.
