Short Trip
Driving in a driving-rain isn’t what you’d expect. First of all, a driving-rain isn’t a rain perfect for driving. It’s just the opposite.
Beep, Beep
I watched a big old pickup bear down on me yesterday while driving on highway 290 on the road into Blanco from Spring Branch. It was obvious it was going somewhere in a hurry.
Self Improvement
Home. Nice. Easy drive in yesterday. There was traffic but there’s always traffic, and I have learned there will always be people with a less than solid idea about what they’re doing.
The Drive
I do believe this is the first time in my long life I’ve ever driven 1,700 miles in two days with one day of rest in between. What an experience.

Still Driving
Woke in Houston yesterday ready to go home. A big storm, however, sat between here and there. So, I waited.
The Bloom
Over the weekend I pretended I was a young man and donned my road warrior gear.
Being There
It’s amazing how sore I can get from simply driving my car.
My Drive Home
